How do I submit listings?

  4. Add Photo(s) or Video to Your Listing(s)

How do I reply to a listing?
If the seller would like to be contacted by email there will be an "Email seller" link. Otherwise look for a phone number or address.

How do I edit or delete a listing?
  1. Login
  2. Go to "My Account"
  3. Click the "My Listings [Edit]" link near the top of the page.
  4. All of your listing will be displayed. Click on the "Edit" or "Delete" link next to the appropriate listing
  5. To Edit or Remove Photos or Video use the "My Photos/Videos" link near the top of the page.

How do I search using keywords?
Use the search box on the upper right of the page, entering your keywords into the "Keywords" box. You can search using multiple criteria (date, keywords, city, country, state, zip code, and seller's username) at the same time if you like.

How do I indicate when and where my yardsale is?
You can indicate the date of your yardsale using the "Event Date" calendar when you add your listing. You can include a time in the "Listing Description". The location is entered in "Contact Address".

How do I include a picture?
Use the "My Photos/Videos" link after you login.
  • Scroll down torwards the bottom to "Add New Photos" and use the "Browse" buttons to select pictures for your listing. Then click the "Add New Photos" button.
  • Click on the box next to the picture(s) you'd like to add to your listing and then select the listing you'd like to add the picture(s) to using the "Select a Listing" box. Finally, press the "ADD Checked Photos/Videos to Selected Listing" button.

How do I include video?
Use the "My Photos/Videos" link after you login.
  • Scroll down torwards the bottom to "Add New Video" and use the "Browse" button to select a video for your listing. Then click the "Add New Photos" button.
  • Click on the box next to the video you'd like to add to your listing and then select the listing you'd like to add the video to using the "Select a Listing" box. Finally, press the "ADD Checked Photos/Videos to Selected Listing" button. Only one video is allowed per listing.

How long can my video be (in seconds)?
Approximately 30 seconds, depending on the quality and type of video. 8 MB is the size limit.

How do I log in to my account?
Click here and enter your username and password. If you do not have an account, please register.

How do I pay an invoice online?
  1. After you've logged in, click the "Pay for Listing(s)" link.
  2. Then select the package you'd like
  3. Next, select the payment method

Where is my listing?
Your listing will be in the category you selected if you've paid for it and it hasn't expired yet. You can check on the category, as well as the payment and expiration statuses of your listing using the "My Listings" link after you login.

Why was my listing deleted?
Per our Terms of Service, your listing may be deleted without refund if the listing contains inappropriate material (including, but not limited to: pornography, nudity, edited nudity, bad language, and statements that attack Christianity and/or promote violence) .

Where can I advertise my services?
When adding your listing, select the category that best fits your services. You can also use the free business card template. Just use the "My Business Cards" link after you login.

How do I search?
Use the search box on the upper right to search by date, keywords, city, country, state/province, within a certain number of miles of your zip code (U.S. only), by the username of the seller, or by any combination of the above.

What do I do about personal harassment?
Click here to report personal harassment. Please include as much information as possible about the harassment, including the username and listing(s) of the person harassing you and your username or contact information. We take harassment seriously.

What do I do about copyright violations?
Click here to report copyright violations. Please include the listing that violates copyright as well as your name and contact information, especially if you are the copyright holder. Copyright violations will be removed if we receive appropriate notice.

What can I do about spam?
We do not send spam, only emails you have requested. Your email address is not shown on this website unless you include it in your listing description. Potential buyers may contact you using the "Email seller" link in your listing if you enter your contact email address. If you're sure the email came through our website, please send it to us through this form. If you use spam filters on your computer, please be sure kepiloc.com is in your white list of approved senders.

How long do my listing(s) stay on the site?
Your listing(s) will remain on the site as long as they're paid for. If your listing expires briefly, you may renew it without having to re-enter your listing.

How can I list anonymously and still receive responses?
Your contact email address will not be shown to potential buyers. You can enter it, but not a contact phone number or address, as these will be shown on this website.

Can I add HTML tags or URLs in my listing?
For security reasons we cannot allow HTML to be entered. You may enter a URL in your listing description, though it won't be "clickable".

What kind of listings are prohibited?
Listing of an "adult" nature are prohibited, as are any that violate the law in the nation and/or locality of the listing. Click here for more details.

What should I do if someone harasses me by listing a prank listing?
Click here to report harassment. Please include as much information as possible about the harassment, including the username and listing(s) of the person harassing you and your username or contact information. We take harassment seriously.

What recourse do I have for a transaction gone wrong or a person/listing that is not entirely honest?
Please contact the seller first to try to resolve the issue. If this fails, contact us - we may be able to remove the seller from the site. Due to the nature of this website, we cannot verify sellers or reclaim lost funds.

We are unable to allow links due to security concerns, though you may enter a URL to your listing, it just won't be "clickable".
